Our flagship core program designed specifically for transitioning service members. Gain structured, comprehensive career transition education through in-person or virtual employer-embedded seminar-based learning and relationship building, and high-touch professional networking—the gold standard of Military Transition programs.
IPEs are live, virtual employer-led sessions delivering industry insight, skill mapping, hiring trends, and breakout-room access to recruiters and practitioners on the ground.
